The short version
Your organisation's sign-in data belongs to your organisation. We store it so your iPads and dashboard can share it, we don't sell it, we don't run ads or third-party trackers, and Apple — not us — handles all payment details.
What we store
- Account data: your organisation's name, the admin email address and a securely hashed password.
- Sign-in records: the details your organisation chooses to collect at the door — typically a name, and optionally organisation, email, phone, member status, reason for visit and a consent choice, with times in and out.
- Staff list and kiosk settings your organisation configures in the app.
We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers or location data. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details.
Who's responsible (GDPR)
For visitor and staff records, your organisation is the data controller — it decides what to collect and why. Sign In Kiosk Pro is the data processor: we store and process those records only on your organisation's instructions, to provide the Service.
Where and how long
Data is stored on our UK-based hosting (with a copy on your organisation's own iPads so the kiosk works offline) and protected in transit by HTTPS. We keep it while your organisation's account is active. If you ask us to delete the account, cloud data is deleted within 30 days; data on your iPads is under your control.
Your rights
Individuals can ask to see, correct or delete their personal data — usually via the organisation that collected it (the controller). If you contact us directly we'll help or pass the request on. UK users can complain to the ICO.
