1. What the service is

Sign In Kiosk Pro is an iPad app and companion web dashboard that lets organisations record visitors and staff signing in and out of their premises, back that data up to the cloud, and view it across devices ("the Service").

2. Your subscription

The app is free to download. Full use requires an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store, which includes a free introductory period for eligible new subscribers. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's terms. Cancel any time in your device's subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.

3. Your account and your data

You create an organisation account in the app. You're responsible for keeping your password, admin PIN and join code confidential, and for the accuracy of the data your organisation collects. Your organisation's sign-in records belong to your organisation; we store and process them only to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service unlawfully, attempt to access other organisations' data, probe or overload the systems, or resell the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Service and liability

We work hard to keep the Service available and your data safe, including offline operation on the iPad and cloud backup, but the Service is provided "as is" and we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service supports — but does not replace — your organisation's own safety and safeguarding procedures (including fire registers). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Changes and ending

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be shown on this page with a new date. You can stop using the Service at any time. If you ask us to delete your organisation's account, we will delete its cloud data within 30 days.
